The Sand Table is a simple gathering on the beach that is open to anyone looking to create community in this beautiful part of the world. We sit together, speak honestly, listen without judgement and make room for whatever needs to be said.
There are no experts at the centre and no pressure to perform. The only expectation, come as your authentic self with an open heart and a willingness to exchange energy intentionally as we lift each other one step at a time.

We gather with open arms on the sand each week. We plan an intention topic to discuss together each week, in the hopes of teaching and learning from the diverse experiences of the group. There is no forced turn and no expectation to speak. Come as you are, with and open heart and curious spirit.
